Fantastic product. I’ve been taking for about 5 years. Can’t recommend enough. I take it every night and as a woman in the peri menopause, I sleep very well. I’ve even converted my husband who has never taken supplements!

I have been taking these recently and I have noticed an improvement in my hayfever symptoms, as well as avoiding the usual coughs and colds.

It has really helped me get a better night sleep and feel more alert the next morning. Especially when I play team sport late at night and struggle to wind down.
