How to use

Directions: Try 1 tablespoon per day, mixed in any drink. Can also be used in cooking as it’s heat stable. 

300g pot lasts for 2 months taking 1 tablespoon per day.

Do not exceed recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. When pregnant or if taking prescribed medications please consult your doctor before using supplements.
