With 5g of type I collagen, found in skin, hair, nails, muscles, joints and organs, and 50mg of vitamin C which helps your body produce collagen, a spoon a day supports the decline in natural production from age 25 onwards. One pot lasts 2 months.

Collagen is vital for the structure of skin, muscles, bones, nails and hair. We often don’t get much in our diets since it’s largely found in organ meats or bone broths.

This hydrolysed powder is very easy to use, mixing in coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes, juice or water without impacting the taste.

Made from wild, certified sustainably caught cod skin, and made in Norway.

The important amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline are the most prevalent in collagen peptides, making up 50 per cent of its total amino acid content - the same amount that’s in human skin.

How to use

Take 5g a day; roughly one dessertspoon or three teaspoons.

Mix into smoothies, shakes, juice or plain water.

While unflavoured Skinful can be mixed into hot or cold drinks, this strawberry version is best mixed into cold food/drinks as vitamin C isn't stable in heat.
