How to use
Directions: Take ½ or 1 teaspoon daily, with food (2.5ml - 5m per day).
The bottle will last one month if you take 1 teaspoon per day.
Children over 12 can take ½ teaspoon daily.
Toddlers and babies can take 1 drop (1ml) daily.
Safe for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Check with your doctor if taking prescribed medication, such as blood thinners, if you are about to have surgery, and if you have any health conditions.
Store in the fridge after opening.
