Produced from sardines, anchovies and mackerel (smaller fish with fewer contaminants - the safest source for avoiding heavy metals and pollutants) by Norwegian fisheries certified by Friends of the Sea and the Marin Trust.

Each daily dose of 2 capsules provides 860mg EPA & 440mg DHA - equal to a whole tin of sardines with bones.

Independently certified for purity by IFOS, so you don’t have to worry about pollutants or rancid oils.

This is a high strength fish oil in the natural triglyceride form, so it’s easy to absorb and won’t repeat on you.

Unlike many oil supplements, the capsules are free from beef or pork, being made from sustainably sourced fish gelatine - suitable for pescatarians.

How to use

Directions: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably with food.

Quality is key with Omega 3 and this is assured through informed selection by City Survivor. Do not be tempted by cheaper alternatives as you could be doing more harm the good.
