How to use

Adults: 1-3 sprays daily.

12-17 year olds: 1 spray daily.

Can be taken any time of day, with or without food.

One spray provides just over 1,300IU of D3 and the maximum adult dose of 3 sprays provides 4,000IU of D3 and 100ug of K2.
