Nominal taste, easy to use, great product

I Take two capsules at night, and it actually works -my sleep is much deeper and feels more restorative. I am so surprised to find something that helps! I'm delighted and I am recommending it to friends.

I’ve tried a lot of different Curcumin and whilst this is a bit pricier it’s worth it. I’m a 53 year old menopausal woman and this helps me with my knee pain. I definitely recommend

Wow. I don’t know how to explain how grateful I am that I gave this another go. It had a remarkable effect on my ADHD adult son but I didn’t think it was doing much for my menopausal sleep issues. I was encouraged by Daisy to try it again but take it for longer. SO glad I did. My sleep isn’t perfect, but it is much, much better and I feel rested the next day. It took time, so be patient. I take two each night without fail and both my son and I now have a subscription. Worth every penny.

I only take magnesium supplements from City Survivor! Very easy on the stomach and no additional nasties. Genuinely excited every night for my bedtime routine and a good quality sleep. And even when I occasionally wake up in the middle of the night I fall back asleep no problema! I take 1 or 2 capsules just before I hit the sack (as recommended).

I am a bad sleeper, when these help me stay asleep and if I do wake up, I can get back to sleep more easily.

We try (only sometimes forget) to regularly use the whole set of Vital, Pollution, Night and Immunity vitamins from City Survivor as they seem to be the ones that are good enough to be absorbed well and to affect our sleep and overall state of health.
